License agreement
Draft, September 2026
This agreement is between you and SkyRock Agency LLC, the maker of Learning Lab. By installing or using Learning Lab, you agree to it.
What you may do
You may install and use Learning Lab, and every module you are licensed for, on up to five computers that you own or control, for your own learning. The free module comes with the same license, at no cost.
What you may not do
- Share, sell or publish your license key.
- Copy or redistribute module files, or the app's stories, art or exercises.
- Work around the licensing to use a module you have not bought.
What stays yours
The prompts you write, and anything you export, such as your Concept Cards and prompt library, are yours to use however you like.
Live Mode
If you connect your own AI provider, that provider's terms and charges apply between you and them. Learning Lab never needs Live Mode to work.
The content
The stories are adapted from public-domain novels and written as original prose. The app's text, art and software belong to SkyRock Agency LLC.
Ending the license
Your license ends if you break this agreement. A refunded module is removed from your license.
No warranty
Learning Lab is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, SkyRock Agency LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using it, and its total liability is limited to what you paid for the module concerned.
