Who sells what

Learning Lab is made by SkyRock Agency LLC of Sarasota, Florida. Payments are handled by Stripe through Link, which acts as the seller of record. Your receipt and card statement show Link. SkyRock Agency LLC provides the software, your license and support.

What is free

The Learning Lab app and its first module, First Contact, are free. No account, payment details or API key are needed to use them.

What you buy

Each paid module is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription. What you buy is a license to use that module, and it does not expire. The license terms are in the license agreement.

Price and tax

The price is shown at checkout, in your local currency where available. Any sales tax, VAT or GST that applies where you live is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery

Your license key is emailed to the address you use at checkout. Enter it in Learning Lab and the module downloads inside the app. Later purchases are added to the same key.

Your computers

One key works on up to five computers at a time. You can deactivate a computer from the app's settings to move the license to a new one.

Refunds

Every purchase has a 14-day, no-questions refund. Contact us, or use Link's support for the purchase. When a purchase is refunded, that module is removed from your license.

Changes

We may update these terms. Changes apply to purchases made after the update, never retroactively to something you already bought.
